15.07.14 - My Gym

This is from last week, but I wanted to make a point with this shot. I'm a runner, and have been all my life, I try to run at least 20 miles a week, it keeps me sane in a mad world. It is better than any medication, it lifts my spirits and has helped me through the worst of times. I have friends who run too, but many of them run mainly on treadmills, either at home or in the gym, I think they are mad. I don't even like running on roads these days, only short distances to get to open countryside. I often talk to people about this, but we seem to have separated into two distinct species, those who enjoy running out in the world and those who exercise in gyms.
