For sometime I've been admiring other people's Daily Photo Galleries. Not just the photos themselves, but the commitment of actually taking a photo worthy of upload every day. No doubt some will end up being quite mundane, but maybe that is OK, daily life can be pretty mundane after all! But hopefully the commitment will push me to think more about my photographs, getting out of my comfort zone of landscapes, and make me look at the world through different eyes.

11.4.08 - OK I'm not comfortable infront of the camera, but so many people have done so many creative SPs that I thought I'd better have another go. I was watching the film "Pan's Labyrinth" for the third time, what a stunning movie that is by the way, and that is what gave me the idea to do something a little bit spooky. It is also my attempt at showing what my surroundings look like when I'm playing with SmugMug. I left the PC on for a bit of interest, I wouldn't normally leave it on while I watched the TV, but I'm not sure it adds much. I often watch the TV by candlelight, so much more relaxing (not to mention green) than electric light. The glow-ball on top of the printer is one of my favourite toys, changing colour slowly in the background.
