I am continuing this Daily Project into a third year as best I can. It is my intention to shoot and post every day when possible, but please forgive me if I have to raid the archives or even miss the odd day here and there. Some days might be just quick snapshots, others may have some pretensions towards art. I intend to try new things, exploring new areas and pushing my photographic comfort zone ever further. Constructive criticism is always welcome of course, and I will try to reciprocate when time allows.
As usual I will enable Google Earth, so that if you click on the "map this" button above the image you can see where the photographs were taken.
20.1.11 - The Boy is Back in Town!
Well after my brief sojourn out in the sticks with Phil I had to get back into town. I hope that one day I'll be able to re-pay his wonderful kindness in my hour of need, no one could wish for a more supportive or selfless friend. The peace and tranquility of the Wolds Countryside was a welcome change of pace and gave time to recharge my batteries. But I still had so much business in Lincoln, and was beholden to Phil for transport, which simply wasn't fair or sustainable for more than a few days.
Thanks again to everyone who has been in touch with messages of support, it's times like this when you find out who your real friends are, and they are more valuable than gold.
